Arh.. Videos..

I think i’ve been really wasting my camera’s video capabilities. I should find some time and make use of it or something. Found this video below which was shot and edited by Cheng Ka Chun of China. Enjoy.

Superb. Don’t ask me who the girl is, most probably the guy’s gf or something. The equipments he used was only the Nikon D90 with 50mm f/1.8 and 35mm f/2. Btw, what is the name of the song? There is another video actually on vimeo which i cant embed here cause of wordpress restrictions. You can check it out here. This video is really inspiring, anyone wanna make a video with me?

The Khuntai

Just a very quick update about an off-the-beaten-track thai restaurant located in PJ.

The name’s Khuntai. Located just off Jalan Gasing, the restaurant gives customers an authentic taste of Thai Cuisine. Most of the workers there are actually from Thailand which makes me suspect that the chef himself is too.

The interior is not that fancy.. but never judge a book by its cover as you will be so very wrong if you do so. 

We had the (in order) seafood tomyam, thai style deep friend prawns, pandan chicken, sweet and sour fish and thai vegie fried with egg (yea, thats the name of the vegie fyi). Everything was really good, the tomyam, officially the best i’ve tasted so far. 3 person plus tea, rice and a very tasty coconut for RM110.

“I’m sorry, but Rm110? for all those?”

Aparently yes. I was so impressed with the price and the food i’m making sure i’ll return to this place again..

Especially when i can see cute guys in cute hats. P/S: I’m not gay

I Know! Its 9/9/09!

Happy 9/9/09.. this is as close as it gets to my birth date of course second to olympic’s 8/8/08. Anyway, if i manage to survive all of my assignment submissions. I promise. I’ll blog.

UTAR’s Merdeka Fashion Yo!

Mandy invited insisted invited me to the UTAR’s Merdeka Cultural Fashion Night providing me with yet another chance to improve my skills with my “heavy black brick”. This time i brought along my apprentice friend to give her some exposure to runway photography.

Cuisine Gimmick

I’ve been trying alot of cuisines lately.. First i had Thai cuisine with the TOA-ians at BBQ Plaza..

Then i had chinese cuisine with the Murnians at Restaurant Talipon

Then i had korean cuisine with the SGKL people at Seoul Korea

But hor, whatever cuisine i go to also kan..

SURE ALL BARBEQUE ONE!

Man, i had consumed so much barbequed food, i can conclude that i had reduce my carbon footprint by 58.92%. Alright, i have to quit eating barbeque’d foods for a few weeks or something or i might die a premature death. Btw, someone nominated my blog for the Asia-Pacific Blog Awards which i really didnt know anything about. Well, thank you very much to the person who nominated me

Hmm.. anyway, what should i eat for dinner? Chicken rice? Oh can’t.. barbeque’d also.. niasing.
